[ COMPANY - over 100 years of history ] What began in 1906 with a repair shop for bicycles and motorcycles has now become a diversi Hostettler AG. A decisive step in the groups development was taken in 1968, when Hostettler was appointed general importer of Yamaha motorcycles for Switzerland. Hostettler Autotechnik AG. was founded in 1972, followed by Intercycle in 1979. The iXS Motorcycle Fashion brand of motorcycle apparel was introduced in 1979, while Hostettler Motoren AG was established in 1987. The three youngest additions to the Hostettler group are Hostettler GMBH, which was founded in Germany in 1991, Cosmosport which was established in 1998, following by iXS Sports Division in 2001.
